There is no “magic bullet” or easy shortcut for most of life’s problems. The degree to which we overcome such challenges is the degree to which we work on them. Christian counseling is one effective way of “putting in the work,” so to speak. If you’re looking for lasting positive change in your life, Christian counseling may be the answer. I will use my professional training and decades of counseling experience to help you overcome the concerns you face. Together and with God’s help, you can find a place of healing and peace in Him.
As your counselor, I will help you identify and nurture your God-given talents, interests, and strengths. I will also equip you to discover and utilize strategies to manage and alleviate distressing symptoms that may be negatively impacting your life. I have training and professional experience treating individuals with a wide range of symptoms, including anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, relationship issues, sleep disturbances, suicidal thoughts and actions, and more. I use a tailored, collaborative, and holistic approach to counseling specifically designed to address your unique needs and personal goals, and tap into the enormous well of potential tucked inside your DNA.
As your counselor, I bring a great amount of excitement and hope about what Christ can do in your life. Whether you’re experiencing heartache, abuse, confusion, substance abuse issues, divorce, family or relationship issues, or other concerns, I will empathize with you and walk with you toward the light. My desire is for you to gain a better understanding of who you were created to be and how you can use your unique set of strengths and gifts to overcome your challenges with God’s help. I look forward to joining you in the journey of healing and discovery.
As your counselor, I offer empathy and compassion for whatever situation you may be going through. Together with God’s help and proven therapeutic techniques, we can address the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, abandonment, or other concerns. I have extensive experience working with children, youth, and families. Whether you’re looking for counseling for children, teens, or adult individuals or couples, I would be honored to be part of your journey toward spiritual and mental health.
As your counselor, I offer empathy, hope, and a path toward healing in Christ. I will listen to your story and work with you to find the best solutions to the challenges you face. Whether you’re dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, trauma, an eating disorder, or other concerns, it would be my honor to walk alongside you in your journey toward wellness. Together with God’s help, we will determine the ideal treatment plan for you to find the hope, healing, and wholeness you desire.
I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, families, and children who are seeking healing and restoration. Whether you’re dealing with relationship issues, difficult family circumstances, trauma recovery, depression, anxiety, or other concerns, it would be my pleasure to help you reach a place of recovery, joy, and peace. As a Christian counselor, I believe tremendous growth and transformation can take place when God is involved in the work. No matter what challenge you are facing, I will walk with you on the path from brokenness to wholeness with Christ as our guide.
As a certified Christian coach, my passion is to help you work through your struggles and discover your purpose. Please note: Coaching is not the same as mental health counseling. I am not a health care provider or licensed counselor, but I am a Board Certified Christian Mental Health Coach (BCCMHC), Professional Recovery Coach (CPRC), and Life Coach (CPC). I have found that purpose and identity go hand in hand. If you are unsure of your purpose, it might be that you are unsure of the gifts, beliefs, and emotions that make up who you are. Your identity is not based on what people do or say to you, but in how you respond to them.
